People from all walks of life benefit from Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic movement, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability.

GYROKINESIS® classes can be adapted to fit anyone's ability.

Gyrokinesis

Gyrokinesis exercises are performed in sitting, standing, and on the floor. Gyrotonic exercises are performed with specialized equipment. They are both movement methods that address the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. â€‹

Classes & Sessions

Join a weekly class to experience total body functional strength and mobility exercises through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. Classes are drop-in style, pay as you go or purchase multiple for a discount.
